Hopkins Air is the first AC company I have found that does exceptional maintenance on AC units. Matt, the technician, does exceptional work. Most companies charge you for periodic maintenance but fail to do a thorough job and leave you feeling like you paid money for not much of any service. Matt, the technician at Hopkins Air, spends extra time to attend to all the details and delivers exceptional service, above and beyond any other AC service I have used in the last 50 years of being a homeowner. He backs up everything he does with photos and explanations of what he does and anything that might need additional service. Matt is the BEST of the BEST. He spends a lot of time doing what should be done and doesn't cut corners. You get value in what you pay for at Hopkins Air. I recommend to stop paying other companies for mediocre work and use Hopkins Air to get value for what you pay for.

Service was good. The technician was on time and friendly. The charge to flush a drain line and treat the drain line with a cleaner was $454.50. I’ll never use this company again. If you choose to move forward with this company please ask many financial questions. ***UPDATE*** Owner reply to my 2 star review: Hi Owner, my complaint is not with Matt. My frustration lies with your cost. You have had many other similar complaints on your web reviews as well. You justified your extreme price gauging in other negative financial reviews by saying inflation and weekend emergency service. My unit was running before Matt got there. I rent that townhouse out and having your company come out was something I did to keep my tenants happy. Poor costumer service will spread like wildfire. I paid Matt, and was completely honest and kind with him with him when I voiced my frustration that did not lay with him but the cost of the drain line behind cleaned. You however, jumping in on a poor Google review (as an owner) to try and present the narrative of my review as being negative towards Matt is sad and wrong. Let me be clear- now you and you alone are the reason for a one star review. Do better sir.
