I had the pleasure of having Sophia perform routine maintenance on my air conditioner and I couldn’t be more impressed with her service. Sophia came out late Friday evening on a rush call for ac compressor not running. She diagnosed the issue quickly, had the replacement part in place in less than 30 minutes. Also replaced our uv bulbs since she was out here already.

My air conditioning suddenly stopped working at 3pm Sunday afternoon. I called Hopkins (and several other companies) but Hopkins was the only company who answered and were able to get a repairman (Aaron who was FANTASTIC) to respond within 2 hrs. Aaron was polite, professional, friendly and I appreciated that he told me what to do to prevent future ac issues and also gave me information on how I could make my AC work more efficiently. I greatly appreciate Aaron and Hopkins Air Conditioning and certainly intend to use them in the future . Thank you!

I'm a former First Air customer and had a great experience using Hopkins Air. The service technicians(Jamie and Miguel 3) were very friendly and professional, the work quality is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. Communication was very good and the financing was quick and free of hassle. I would recommend them to friends, families and coworkers.
