Invoice disapproved. This is the worst $129 that I spent for the diagnostic of the AC. I have no report of how the system works? any freon in the system? And without any evidence of leaking, the company want to charge me $3900 to replace the coil etc ... no testing is done at all. Thank you but no thanks. PS. The system is 5 years old and still under warranty and they don't even care to check if the parts is free or not. PSS. I called another company (Polar Comfort of Lake Worth). They came and confirm that there is no leaks. No freon lost. Home temperature is at 76 which is normal for FL in May. The invoice is sent by HouseCall Pro ... Not sure where the scammer is in this case ...

Miguel, was very professional, thorough, courteous and honest with his inspection of our AC unit. Although the overall analysis of the unit wasn't very good, because of age. The photographs he took of the unit seemed very accurate. He did offer alternatives for me to look into in the near future. Which was greatly appreciated. Our unit is currently still in good working order for the time being and we will keeping close tabs on it functioning correctly for now. Thank You NM

AC stopped blowing cold air overnight, Hopkins was quick to find a Tech and send him out the next afternoon. Capacitor had failed. Cost was $500 after signing up for their maintenance program, to change a $40 part...seems rather excessive which is why it was not a 5-star rating. Morale of story, do your annual maintenance and hope your AC doesn't go out in the FL summer.

These boys are good...and know their HVAC!!! I've had Hopkins coming out here for going on seven years now and I rest at night knowing that my unit won't stop at two in the morning when it's 84 degrees out like my last A/C company set me up for. And with the recommendations Hopkins suggested for my system I haven't had to live on Claritin like I used to. Do yourself a BIG favor and seek out these guys for you A/C needs. You won't regret it, I swear!

Miguel was the best technician I ever dealt with. He educated me and walked me through all the issues and solutions. His advice was confirmed by my friend who has an electrical engineering degree. Miguel got the fan working again, thermostat operating as it should again, reduced the excess condensation that was hurting the system and my health. He connected the thermostat directly to the system and installed a UVC light for me. I don't have enough space to write everything else he did for me during the hours he spent here. Finding Hopkins and Miguel was the best decision I made in a long time.

Repairman wouldn't assist me in moving my washing machine so he could access my AC unit, told me I had to reschedule. Then when I called back to reschedule, I got their automated service to set the new appointment. Called back the morning of to confirm the appointment, got the automated service again and it confirmed my appointment. Then with only 30 minutes left in the appointment window, I call back and speak to person and they tell me there is no appointment.

Overall, excellent installation..Would have given 5 stars except drain was not initially not cleaned properly during new installation and the AC became intermittent soon after new system was turned on. A service person quickly came out and diagnosed the issue as a drain pipe blockage. He did a more thorough job of cleaning the drain pipe. Since then, all is working well.

I purchased a new hvac system from Hopkins just over a month ago and it stopped cooling last night. The technician was great and was able get to us at the end of the day. Unfortunately, he was not able to repair the system, so they have to send another tech with the part to fix the problem another day. The people at Hopkins have been great, but I am completely dissatisfied with the product failing after just over a month. It’s a lot of money to spend and still be uncomfortable in your own home.

Had an excellent experience with Hopkins Air Conditioning. Gazi came out, diagnosed the issue with my AC, and also installed a UV light to help with the air quality in the system. He was on time, courteous, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The whole process was smooth and the results have been great. Will definitely call them again for any future HVAC needs.
