Today was my bi-annual preventative maintenance appointment, and, once again, Hopkins provided EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! My service technician, Jonah, was excellent! He really did a thorough job! He completed the service and then provided details on what was done. My A/C system continues to run smoothly THANKS to Jonah and Hopkins!

Wonderful !!! One word to describe Chad/Hopkins Air Conditioning service. Unfortunately my air conditioner stopped working on a Saturday night. Because I have multiple health conditions I called into Hopkins Air on that evening. I got a call back within 20 minutes. On the other end was a man named Chad. He was so polite, calm (the opposite of what I was), reassuring , and knowledgeable. Step by step he asked me questions to help him diagnose the problem over the phone. He then had me do a simple maneuver to the indoor part of my air conditioning unit, and immediately after that it started working. INCREDIBLE !! I don't know of any other company that would have been so patient and knowledgeable to help me out like he did. To top things off, he called me the next morning to see how I was doing, to see how my AC unit was working, and to set me up with an appointment to service my AC unit. Who does this nowadays? THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart Chad/Hopkins Air Conditioning. The world needs more service people like you !!

The technician was on time and did a professional job of routine maintenance on two units. Capacitors were identified as being weak. They were replaced under warranty. Good thing, otherwise $900 which is very high. Overall: good service but high prices.
