Nobody is ever prepared for their AC to stop working munch less have it happen on a holiday weekend. All it took was a quick call to Hopkins AC and there was no hesitation. All that was ask was our address. Upon arrival there technician made a quick but complete inspection and identified the problem. He explained their programs and cost. Once agreed upon his work was complete and we had cool air once again. We would highly recommend Hopkins AC to our friends.

Update: HIGHLY Recommend. Had to get a new AC unit. Everyone was friendly and responsive and on time from Kathy and Joyce in the office to the installers Alonso and Johan (I think) were experienced and friendly and left my place spotless. I just switched to Hopkins and this was their first visit. Jasper was very professional and went above and beyond. He checked everything and explained anything I had questions about.

Gazi did my unit maintenance service today, and he was on time, professional, very thorough, and friendly. He inspected everything and explained what he was doing so I could understand and see what was being done. He made suggestions for future service and I feel he was honest and helpful.
