Update: HIGHLY Recommend. Had to get a new AC unit. Everyone was friendly and responsive and on time from Kathy and Joyce in the office to the installers Alonso and Johan (I think) were experienced and friendly and left my place spotless. I just switched to Hopkins and this was their first visit. Jasper was very professional and went above and beyond. He checked everything and explained anything I had questions about.

I love my tech Xavier and they always successfully schedule him for my twice yearly service. Always clean, personable, respectful, organized, and great with my dogs and cats!
