Overall, excellent installation..Would have given 5 stars except drain was not initially not cleaned properly during new installation and the AC became intermittent soon after new system was turned on. A service person quickly came out and diagnosed the issue as a drain pipe blockage. He did a more thorough job of cleaning the drain pipe. Since then, all is working well.

William and Felix showed up ahead of schedule, and the communication was excellent throughout the entire process! They finished a little earlier than expected, which was great. They respected my home and put down drop cloths to be as neat as possible, which I appreciated and reduced my stress level.👍🏼 ***UPDATE***UPDATE***UPDATE*** BRAND NEW SYSTEM FAILED INSPECTION - THESE THINGS HAPPEN, HOWEVER I HAVE CALLED 4 TIMES SINCE & SPOKE WITH A JOYCE TO FIND OUT WHEN THEY WILL BE MAKING THE CORRECTIONS SO THEY CAN HAVE IT RE-INSPECTED AND THEY KEEP SAYING THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME BUT NOONE EVER CALLS BACK! I'M SICK OF CHASING AFTER LIARS AND CON ARTIST, BUT HEY THAT'S WHAT FLORIDA IS RIGHT?? ***NEVER AGAIN AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!***

Our AC had to be replaced and we immediately have run into recurring electrical issues. We were told that we now need electrical work done despite never running into these issues prior to replacing the AC. So not only did we pay $10,000 for a new AC but now we have to pay who knows how much for an Electrician to fix the new issue

Good morning, Yes you had a new ac installed by us and we hooked that ac up to an existing 42 year old electrical panel. I sent my install manger in person to meet with you yesterday to take a bunch of pictures and educate you of the situation with your panel. Even your self acknowledge the issue and understood the issue. I have reviewed those several pictures and installing a new ac unit had nothing to do with normal wear and tear of your main panel breaker that is over 42 years of use to keep a good tight connection to your buss bar. You even mentioned to my manager you had other issues like your dryer as well. We are not an electrical contractor and you will need a licensed electrical contractor remedy your electrical issues. They will need to pull your main meter fix your issues. A new air conditioner did not cause your electrical issues 42 years of wear and tear did. I am very confident when we pass our inspection that will be proven.

Would give 5 stars but they wouldn’t show me how the upsell ultraviolet was working or not. They said they installed them but I can’t see the ultraviolet light like the previous system they replaced. I asked and the salesperson was very offended I asked to see it working instead of taking his word. These days once you pay the invoice it seems like you’re dismissed for asking a simple question. But at least the ac is working. Update: Art came to my house for service call and installed a new ultraviolet set up. Art is a great asset to Hopkins and was excellent to work with.
