I have to revise my prior review.<br>Something has changed at Hopkins.<br>I've had numerous problems with the system they installed, and despite countless requests, I cannot get a service manager to return my calls to discuss the problem.<br>Its time for me to find another company that is more responsive.<br>Jeff Solomon

I found Hopkins Air through my condo association because they are on the list of trusted contractors that have done work in the building for other residents. There are a lot of AC companies down here in the South, but I'm so grateful to have found one that is dependable and I can trust. In the short time since I've moved down here from IN, I've quickly realized the hard way that many AC companies are not either of those things.<br>Hopkins has proven to be punctual, professional and reasonable. Rcently,I had a problem with humidity in my unit and John came out right away to assess the problem.<br>He didnt try to oversell me on anything and was just straight up and honest , exactly what you want but often dont get from any contractor. There's a reason that few contractors can manage to stay in business for an extended time. Hopkins has my loyal support for over a year now and I would highly recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience with Hopkins from my initial call and Magdiel coming out the same day to fix an issue with the condenser to John who also came out the same day to give me a quote for a new A/C system and finally there was such professionalism from Andres and Yunis during the install process. I am very happy to have worked with this team.

I highly recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning. I had a 14 year old central air conditioner replaced yesterday. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They explained all of the work that needed to be done. Joyce in the office is exceptional. She processed all of the required paperwork for the job including the permit, warranty, etc. She promptly provided the insurance certificate and license as I requested. Their prices were competitive and John the salesperson was great as well. I could really tell this is a family run business. Call them for your air conditioning needs!<br>August 5, 2026<br>Ramniez just completed our maintenance visit on our new air conditioner. He is fantastic! Ramniez did such a thorough job and answered all of our questions. Hopkins air conditioning is very efficient and professional. We are so happy we purchased our new air conditioner from them last November. We are new to Forida and they came highly recommended, which is so important for air conditioning here. They definitely are a 5 star company!
