Invoice disapproved. This is the worst $129 that I spent for the diagnostic of the AC. I have no report of how the system works? any freon in the system? And without any evidence of leaking, the company want to charge me $3900 to replace the coil etc ... no testing is done at all. Thank you but no thanks. PS. The system is 5 years old and still under warranty and they don't even care to check if the parts is free or not. PSS. I called another company (Polar Comfort of Lake Worth). They came and confirm that there is no leaks. No freon lost. Home temperature is at 76 which is normal for FL in May. The invoice is sent by HouseCall Pro ... Not sure where the scammer is in this case ...

Repairman wouldn't assist me in moving my washing machine so he could access my AC unit, told me I had to reschedule. Then when I called back to reschedule, I got their automated service to set the new appointment. Called back the morning of to confirm the appointment, got the automated service again and it confirmed my appointment. Then with only 30 minutes left in the appointment window, I call back and speak to person and they tell me there is no appointment.

Do not use this company! They gave us a quote for $3,577 to replace items that did not need to be replaced, and they suggested the entire unit might need to be replaced as well. We called another company for a second opinion, and they fixed the issue for $250.

$714 for labor to replace a part that was under warranty. Took the service guy 45 mins from start to finish. Don’t mind paying for service but seems a little extreme. Also still havn’t closed out the permit for a split air conditioner that was installed over 6 months ago. Btw we had to walk inspection with inspected as the service guy had to go to another call.

Update #2, they told me they installed a 3 ton which was same size as last unit, however they installed a 3.5 ton and the vents/ducts need to be rebuilt before and after of my ceiling getting a new AC from this place I had an inspection done in May before i moved in. New AC Installed in July and now i need a new ceiling and new ducts. Called to ask for help, one lady yelled at me and told me it's my fault for signing off on the work, another guy tell me why do you think it's our fault, you're on your own. Never once did i hear, we can send someone to check it out or sorry this is happening, let's see what we can do. Just had 2 people talk over me blaming me for this. Last person who lived here had an ac run for 20 years and there was never mold, so obviously the new AC unit is just a big coincidence They got their money and now they're playing victim on the review. The pictures speak for themselves and i added more Now if you'll excuse me, I'm trying to find professionals who can undo all the damage. Thanks

For. The second time Hopkins tried to over charge me by almost double! They installed my new system while it was palm beach air. When Hopkins took over I continued with a maintenance plan I will never use these crooks again. On top of it all they wanted me to pay half of the repair up front even though I was an existing customer. In addition they never called in the early spring for my second appointment for which I paid. Do yourself a favour and shop around

Been trying to call this company for 3 days. Can never talk to a manager!! Wanted to tell them that the driver was so busy on his phone going down Northlake Blvd at 42mph, in the left lane, that he didn't realize there was a car build up for 1.5 miles !! People were mad!! This is why we have so many accidents on this road. Get off your phone and get in the right lane!!!

I initially left a 5-star review for Hopkins AC after a great first experience with Ramon, who was professional and excellent. However, every service since has been disappointing. During an insulation installation, they sent two inexperienced technicians who admitted it was their first time and even asked me if they were doing it right. Worse, I caught them on video snooping through a box on my patio, which was completely unacceptable. Additionally, I have a paid service contract with Hopkins, but they refused to maintain my new AC unit (installed by another company due to Hopkins’ high quote) and wouldn’t issue a refund. The service rep, Cathy, was rude and kept interrupting me on the phone. I’m extremely disappointed with their unprofessionalism and lack of customer care. I’ll be posting the video evidence of the technicians’ behavior. Avoid this company.
