For. The second time Hopkins tried to over charge me by almost double! They installed my new system while it was palm beach air. When Hopkins took over I continued with a maintenance plan I will never use these crooks again. On top of it all they wanted me to pay half of the repair up front even though I was an existing customer. In addition they never called in the early spring for my second appointment for which I paid. Do yourself a favour and shop around

Mr. Ravinsky, We did not install your unit. Your old company Palm Beach Air. Do you know the company that was cheap and did work for almost free that is no longer in business. Why do you think Palm Beach Air is no longer in business? Because they did not how to price their products and services to stay in business. We have been in business for over 30 years. There are not a lot of "other ac companies" in your words that can not say that. In my 30 years in business I have never had a customer berate my pregnant office staff like you did. If that is your common practice with Palm Beach Air to get your way on discount pricing that is not with Hopkins Air. If you want Dollar Tree pricing go to Dollar Tree. If you want Publix pricing go to Publix. No different in the ac business.
