$714 for labor to replace a part that was under warranty. Took the service guy 45 mins from start to finish. Don’t mind paying for service but seems a little extreme. Also still havn’t closed out the permit for a split air conditioner that was installed over 6 months ago. Btw we had to walk inspection with inspected as the service guy had to go to another call.

Great experience with Hopkins! I was a new customer they provided a very rapid response, answered all questions, and really address all customer needs. My home needed new AC ductwork and during the work they will provide standing units to keep the house cool during the time the house AC must be turned off for the repair. They also provided installment payment information including a no interest option! Hopkins gets an A+++ rating form me.

We got some alert code on our system on a Friday around 2pm and called Hopkins for service. By 3:30pm the technician (Luis) was here and quickly diagnosed a faulty sensor. WIthin one hour he was in and out and everything was back to working. Great job!
