Super over priced equipment, techs don’t even know what they are doing. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Gazi did my unit maintenance service today, and he was on time, professional, very thorough, and friendly. He inspected everything and explained what he was doing so I could understand and see what was being done. He made suggestions for future service and I feel he was honest and helpful. I have been a customer for a couple of years and I’m happy with their service.

Not recommended for maintenance or repairs! We signed up for our regular bi-yearly maintenance. Ramon was prompt and informed us about future upcoming maintenance for our unit. However, a day later, our unit began internally leaking (in the house) and emitting crackling noises, despite working fine before the technician's visit. When we contacted their local 561 number, we were informed about notes regarding future maintenance and the leakage issue. During the maintenance visit, the technician failed to disclose the “leakage” to us. We were made aware of the “leakage” during the follow up call. This discrepancy raises concerns about the integrity of their service, hinting at a potential agenda to push for a new HVAC unit immediately. Due to the lack of transparency & professionalism, we DO NOT recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning.

Tonya, there is always 2 sides to a review. On March 15th Ramon did notify you of the leak. His notes from the maintenance, "Husband is on a zoom meeting he told me to explain to wife the situation. She wrote it down and said when he is done with his meeting they will go over it and make decisions on whether to repair or replace and will give a call back after" You called back to our office to let us know the prices were too high and if we could do better on the price. On March 20th you called us back out due to a crackling noise which was still the result of the original problem of a condenser coil leaking and low on refrigerant. Ramon notes from that visit, "Unit is frozen up , I told again about the leak at condenser coil . He mentioned he wants a new unit under payment plans , I told him I can help him with that . We were waiting on his wife to get off the phone but she’s on a zoom meeting , so he said once she is done they will speak and give me a call back to start process for financing. Ramon called me after leaving call to discuss the call. This was never about integrity or professionalism. This was simply about price and budget on your end. I understand you are having a new unit installed for $3,000 to fit your budget needs. I will leave you with this quote....The bitterness of poor quality lingers long after the cheap price is forgotten.

I have been using Hopkins for the past 10 years and highly recommend this company for new HVAC unit installations, maintenance and repairs. The service technician (Xavier) and company owners (Chad Hopkins) are outstanding! They are very professional, courteous and take the time to explain everything they are doing, and the reason why. In addition, they take the time to explain how to get the most efficiency out of my HVAC system, including recommendations about how to extend the shelf life of the unit and save money on my electricity bill. The business office staff (Ashley) are equally as customer friendly with scheduling appointments, follow up on any service maintenance issues, and any questions. This company deserves a 10+ star rating. Keep up the fantastic work . . . I am a an extremely satisfied customer!
