Invoice disapproved. This is the worst $129 that I spent for the diagnostic of the AC. I have no report of how the system works? any freon in the system? And without any evidence of leaking, the company want to charge me $3900 to replace the coil etc ... no testing is done at all. Thank you but no thanks. PS. The system is 5 years old and still under warranty and they don't even care to check if the parts is free or not. PSS. I called another company (Polar Comfort of Lake Worth). They came and confirm that there is no leaks. No freon lost. Home temperature is at 76 which is normal for FL in May. The invoice is sent by HouseCall Pro ... Not sure where the scammer is in this case ...

Mrs. Nguyen. I would appreciate your review if it had honesty behind it. Couple things here. I have resent your invoice with pictures attached showing you have a gaping hole in your supply plenum behind your duct cover. Plenty of test were done as well as pictures to back our findings. Gazi personally called me on this last night and we did not charge you a single dollar before or after we left. Keep in mind this was an after hours call that most companies charge extra for. You may want to ask Polar Comfort how 76 is normal with a gapping hole in your supply plenum. If you would not mind once you receive my pictures to post them to this review as I can not on my response.
