Carol McQuillen

I found Hopkins Air through my condo association because they are on the list of trusted contractors that have done work in the building for other residents. There are a lot of AC companies down here in the South, but I'm so grateful to have found one that is dependable and I can trust. In the short time since I've moved down here from IN, I've quickly realized the hard way that many AC companies are not either of those things.
Hopkins has proven to be punctual, professional and reasonable. Rcently,I had a problem with humidity in my unit and John came out right away to assess the problem.
He didnt try to oversell me on anything and was just straight up and honest , exactly what you want but often dont get from any contractor. There's a reason that few contractors can manage to stay in business for an extended time. Hopkins has my loyal support for over a year now and I would highly recommend them.
