Would give 5 stars but they wouldn’t show me how the upsell ultraviolet was working or not. They said they installed them but I can’t see the ultraviolet light like the previous system they replaced. I asked and the salesperson was very offended I asked to see it working instead of taking his word. These days once you pay the invoice it seems like you’re dismissed for asking a simple question. But at least the ac is working. Update: Art came to my house for service call and installed a new ultraviolet set up. Art is a great asset to Hopkins and was excellent to work with.
