Hopkins was amazing to work with. We filled out an appointment request on their website the night before and by 7:30am the next morning we had a call from them scheduling the service. Adam was our technician and he was awesome. He was quick, easy to work with, friendly, and made the process easy to understand for people that know very little about central AC systems. Will look forward to working with them in the future for our AC needs.

I use HA for my AC maintenance. They are always on time and go about their work in a professional manner. Sometimes I feel they are trying to upsell some accessories. But I have no issues saying no. All in all they do a decent job for a decent price

Jeff, Thank you for your feedback. Our process and training is the completely opposite of upselling. We usually ask the customer how long they want their system to last and ask permission if we find anything to bring to their attention that would hinder the unit not to lasting to the customers expectations. After that we give customer all information and let them decide what is important to them. If they elect to do nothing that is always perfectly fine. My techs would not be building value if they did not go through your entire system on a "preventative maintenance" and at the very least bring their findings to you.
