William and Felix showed up ahead of schedule, and the communication was excellent throughout the entire process! They finished a little earlier than expected, which was great. They respected my home and put down drop cloths to be as neat as possible, which I appreciated and reduced my stress level.👍🏼 ***UPDATE***UPDATE***UPDATE*** BRAND NEW SYSTEM FAILED INSPECTION - THESE THINGS HAPPEN, HOWEVER I HAVE CALLED 4 TIMES SINCE & SPOKE WITH A JOYCE TO FIND OUT WHEN THEY WILL BE MAKING THE CORRECTIONS SO THEY CAN HAVE IT RE-INSPECTED AND THEY KEEP SAYING THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME BUT NOONE EVER CALLS BACK! I'M SICK OF CHASING AFTER LIARS AND CON ARTIST, BUT HEY THAT'S WHAT FLORIDA IS RIGHT?? ***NEVER AGAIN AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!***

Ducts needed cleaning from layers of drywall dust caused by recent remodeling. Our techs John & Dave did a great job, showed us pictures of our ducts before & after. We can now breath normally. Thanks Hopkins!!!
