This visit was for our inspection of the new AC unit Hopkins installed in Jan 2026. Pedro showed up on time and waited for the inspector to arrive. Everything was perfect and the inspector signed off on everything and commented that Hopkins does nice work. Thank you!

Once again, very happy with Hopkins A/C and Ramniez 2, the A/C professional they sent. Quick appointment, great communication (texts and phone call to say he was on his way). He needed to replace the fuse, and explained that the electrical surges are the cause. He gave me some great advice regarding getting a surge protector for my electric. He was a real sweetheart Very pleased with Hopkins and Ramniez 2! A little costlier than I anticipated for a fuse, but done fast and right (and in my attic, which is likely worth the price alone).

I was in NY and noticed by remote thermostat that my condo in Palm Beach Gardens was at 80+ degrees. I called my regular HVAC service company and they said they couldn’t get there for quite a while. My brother-in-law found a Hopkins repairman around the corner so I engaged them to replace my HVAC system immediately. They were fast, neat and thorough. The price was just what I had expected and there was no unexpected costs. The city of Palm Beach Gardens inspected their work and gave it his approval. I would highly recommend Hopkins to take care of anyone’s HVAC.

Regular 6 month maintenance service call. Everything went smoothly and well. Rep was knowledgeable and let me know that my system is working well. Replaced The 2 ultraviolet lights which are expensive but worthwhile keeping everything clean

Phone staff are friendly; company texts you with the time frame & name techs will arrive; they then text to say Tech is on the way; They are on time & are communicative. Most importantly, they make an effort to provide same day service when the a/c isn't working. Very happy with Hopkins A/C.

William and Felix showed up ahead of schedule, and the communication was excellent throughout the entire process! They finished a little earlier than expected, which was great. They respected my home and put down drop cloths to be as neat as possible, which I appreciated and reduced my stress level.👍🏼 ***UPDATE***UPDATE***UPDATE*** BRAND NEW SYSTEM FAILED INSPECTION - THESE THINGS HAPPEN, HOWEVER I HAVE CALLED 4 TIMES SINCE & SPOKE WITH A JOYCE TO FIND OUT WHEN THEY WILL BE MAKING THE CORRECTIONS SO THEY CAN HAVE IT RE-INSPECTED AND THEY KEEP SAYING THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME BUT NOONE EVER CALLS BACK! I'M SICK OF CHASING AFTER LIARS AND CON ARTIST, BUT HEY THAT'S WHAT FLORIDA IS RIGHT?? ***NEVER AGAIN AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!***
