Lart was great. They arrived earlier than I expected. He was very informative and helped me understand the issues with my ac unit. They even called me before to give me a heads up about his arrival. We also decided to replace our system. The installation crew did a great clean job as well.

John was great, efficient and knowledgable. He made annual service a breeze! Updated review: 9/29/25 Hopkins was out at my family’s home today to completely replace the existing AC system. As everyone in Florida knows AC is not only essential but it takes a beating in this climate. They managed the job from start to finish effortlessly. It was impressive. The compressor had to be installed on rooftop requiring a crane lift. The scheduling and details of the job were well coordinated. The duo technicians that completed the work were remarkably good at their jobs. Their management and office staff match the performance. We highly recommend this company for all your AC needs. Kudos Hopkins!
