I called Hopkins because of the rave reviews and I wasn't disappointed. The service and experience far exceeded my expectations. They perform a maintenance check every 6 months. They report on how well my A/C is functioning and how long I can expect it to last. I really trust these guys. They are honest, helpful, professional and overall terrific!

Ramniez arrived on a Sunday afternoon to clean the AC units. He was friendly, efficient and wore booties over his shoes without any prompts to do so, huge bonus points!! Best of all, today’s visit was free, as part of our service contract. I highly recommend this business for being timely, caring, honest and fair.

Had a floor person break a pipe on my air conditioner and didn’t tell me. When I found the air conditioner leaking profusely I ran and called Hopkins because they take care of my unit normally. They came out fixed it immediately and all is well now. So happy to be with them😊 BKD

We had a flood of water pour into our AC unit from the unit above us. Hopkins AC came over just after 8 am to take out he unit so we could have new drywall installed inside the AC unit. They return tomorrow to reinstall the unit along with new drip pan that got rusted from water.
