The salesman, Colson, was prompt as scheduled, knowledgeable, and very polite. The installation went as promised. The two installers, Gadrian and Andres arrived on time. They were both very polite and knowledgeable wasting no time installing the system and describing the installation to me. They left the site clean and explained the new thermostat to me. I have lived in Florida for 50yrs and I can say with no reservation that thus company was the best I have ever dealt with. Everyone was polite from top of the chain to tge installers. Thank you, Hopkins for making this an experience for my record books!

Hopkins replaced the Condenser and air handler. The work was done with a level of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. I would highly reccommend Hopkins Air.
