Was very happy with Hopkins air after my neighbor’s recommendation. Gazi (the technician) was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining things and cleaning the units thoroughly.

Had another great visit from Hopkins with my prepaid maintenance plan. Miguel was fast, clean, thorough and explained things as he did his job. I really appreciate that type of customer service. Top notch!

Sternley was an excellent tech!!!! He was thorough and explained everything that he would recommend for service and explained exactly why he was recommending that service for my AC. I judge based off character and his character and personality was top tier. Hopkins AC service is definitely a go too!

I usually don’t do reviews but wow I am impressed of the quality of work this gentleman did I believe his name was Ramon. Thank you Ramon for your hard work you answer all my concerns. It hard to trust someone now a days for this type of tech issues. Ramon was very honest and I am glad he was sent out to me. Excellent job Ramon.
