Hopkins always goes above and beyond to help us when we need it! Always great service and our tech, Miguel, always shows up in a timely manner and addresses and fixes our issues. Great work and great customer service overall- highly recommend working with them!

My technician Ramon was very professional and informative. This is the first time we're using this company and it has been a pleasure. He took time out to explain the issue and solutions to resolve them. He got the unit running again and the house on cool. He is official my new "Certified Cool Guy". My tech Ramon was professional, informative, and made me feel comfortable. He did a great job and it's so awesome to be able to cool off again! He was very knowledgeable! He got the job done quickly! We'll definitely be using Ramon with hopkins for all of our AC repair!
