I called Hopkins after frustration with 2 other major AC companies that have been negligent and do no follow up inspection on their work that I pay for. They were professional enough to give me an independent review of some issues. They sent Phil and he was not in a rush and spent as much time as I asked for. I am hoping to change services. Hopkins was an excellent choice and I would recommend Phil for any AC related issues!

Ervine was excellent. He came within 1 hour when A/C not working. Great job explaining what was damaged or broken. Extremely professional. Highly recommend!!!

So glad our neighbor referred us to Hopkins AC when our ac compressor died . They were professional, courteous, competitively priced, and overall did a great job. We were so impressed with their customer service we are now on year two of maintenance contracts with them. They continue to provide great service- I’d be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for an AC company!

I highly recommend Hopkins for your heating /cooling needs. Andray, Kendric, Eviere and Doug were outstanding. During this pandemic all protocols were followed by all staff. They were extremely courteous and did meticulous work. Our installation was done in a timely manner with minimal inconvenience. I applaud this outstanding team for their work ethics.
