Hopkins is always punctual and courteous. The technician was quick about his work, left the area clean and wore shoe coverings while walking through the house. Hopkins also designed and installed my HVAC system. It's incredibly efficient and the savings on my electric bill are significant.

Hopkins Air was very quick to respond to a service call within 2 hours. Chad, the service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He found our problem quickly, and did a thorough check on our entire system to make sure it was cooling properly. I would highly recommend using Hopkins Air!

The Tech, Dave, is fantastic!!! He always goes above and beyond to try and help, and then explains what he is doing and why. He actually feels empathy for me when something has to be done. Highly recommend him!
