We had an issue with our HVAC unit when we switched over from AC to Heat. I called Hopkins Air and Brittany was helpful in setting up a service call. A day and time were established and the technician was actually early. Xavier did an outstanding job diagnosing the issue, discovered another issue, discussed and showed what needed to be done, and actually had the parts on his truck. Xavier efficiently repaired the issue and went over the entire system to make sure everything was working properly. Excellent service and a fair price! I would call Hopkins Air Conditioning again...and ask for Xavier!

Davis was just great! He was professional, courteous and very thorough. He dealt with a poorly designed drain line system that was causing problems, everything is now working properly.

I highly recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning.My ac unit broke on Tuesday night n they came right over. I needed a new ac unit and they came on Wednesday and installed a new one. On Wednesday the installation manager came over to inspect the installation. All of their techs were very professional, courteous,and knowledgeable. They went above n beyond. You guys are awesome. I had the pleasure of working with Hopkins for an AC repair. Patrick was the technician and showed nothing but absolute professionalism. My AC was repaired quickly and for a price I felt was reasonable. I will definitely be referring this company in the future and always using them for future repairs. 5 stars!
