This company is amazing! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Prior to Hopkins Air coming out I had 4 different ac companies and no one could figure out my problem. John showed up and within an hour knew exactly what my problem was. He was extremely professional and provided information on everything that was done. This company is 5 Stars. I will be referring anyone who needs ac work in the future to you guys. Thank you for all of your hard work :)

We hired Hopkins to install a new HVAC system in an older first floor condo. It was not a simple job. Gabe the young man who did the installation was very efficient and showed great integrity. After the first day we were not real happy about some of the look of the wires. The next morning Gabe came in and said he could not sleep because he was not happy with the looks and proceeded to make everything look fantastic. He communicated with us on every step and we felt he really had our best interest at heart. Great employee. The only thing we were not thrilled with was the helper who was supposed to do the sheet rock work after removing the old air conditioner. He had no idea what he was doing. They need to hire the finish work to pros like Gabe.

Gazi was a very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant service person. He understood the situation and was able to do the needed diagnosis. We have always been happy with Hopkins AC, their protocols of informing us when they are coming with a picture of the representative. Always efficient. We recommend them highly.

We're on our third air conditioner system, the first two lasting about ten years each. Hopkins Air Conditioning has proved to be the most reliable and trustworthy of the related companies with which we have dealt over that 25 yer period.
