After a lengthy conversation with the owner who reached out to me so we could discuss the quote I received from the technician yesterday he explained to me that it is possible that the tech could have gotten a false positive diagnosis on the compressor being shot when in actuality it was not which did make sense to me. I wish I didn’t react so fast to write a bad review before speaking to the owner of the company it was completely wrong on my part he did go above and beyond by returning the money for the service fee back to me for any inconvenience that his employee caused which he did not need to do with that being said I definitely would use him in the future now I see why he has so many outstanding reviews

Nobody is ever prepared for their AC to stop working munch less have it happen on a holiday weekend. All it took was a quick call to Hopkins AC and there was no hesitation. All that was ask was our address. Upon arrival there technician made a quick but complete inspection and identified the problem. He explained their programs and cost. Once agreed upon his work was complete and we had cool air once again. We would highly recommend Hopkins AC to our friends.

I use Hopkins on multiple rental properties. The guys are always very knowledgable, show me evidence of anything wrong, and they don't try to sell you. I trust them all around!!
