I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Hopkins air conditioning offered not only the best service, they were honest, punctual, professional, and most importantly kind. Our system unexpectedly broke down during the hot summer. Hopkins was quick to respond. John came out and patiently explained all her options and helped us pick the best system for us in our home. He was very professional and thorough. The installation went smoothly and we are very happy with the way it is working. I will be staying with his honest company for any future needs. Hopkins was fantastic from start to finish. They were professional, courteous, and—most importantly—honest. After thoroughly checking multiple systems, they confirmed everything was functioning properly and didn’t try to upsell or create unnecessary work.
