The technician kept me informed as to when he will arrive. He fixed the problem and explained why my system went down. I am going to use Hopkins for a new installation to replace my old equipment. Overall an excellent job. It is hard to trust as anyone these days but this firm was great from start to finish!

The technician Sophia was on time, and very professional. My AC unit was due for maintenance but comes to find out that I need a breaker replacement. She went into details of what services I need to get done to keep my AC system run smoothly. She was very informative, and did a great job.
