Sophia was great. Since then, every time the other tech comes out, he pushes hard to upsell. Sometimes he’s successful, but most times it’s blatantly obvious. I don’t like that behavior.

Sales person didn’t follow any of our direction on installation requests and didn’t share most of what he said they would do with the installation team! Very disappointed. Poor customer service. Both the sales man and the installation manager tried to talk us out of believing what was said and agreed upon. Just another volume company not quality!!
