I don’t like that. they’re always trying to upsell whenever they perform any service. It’s a real turn off and I’ll be looking for a different option soon.

Brien and Cesar were an excellent team for installation of our new HVAC system. They explained every step along the way of the day-long process. In addition, they were very mindful of our home and the area in which they were working. When they finished, the area was spotless. In summary, on a scale of 1 - 10, we would rate them a 12!! We experienced an unexpected issue with our air conditioning, I called Hopkins and received excellent service both from the customer service specialist to the technician. Very responsive, efficient and knowledgeable.
