My AC unit needed some TLC and some maintenance . This company responded quickly when I called they scheduled me and got me the first appointment so that I can get this issue resolved quickly. Gazi came out and he was so professional. friendly, and he explained everything very thoroughly. He worked efficiently. And now my AC is running efficiently! I sent a message through the website since it was after they were closed for the day. I received a call back within minutes and a tech arrived an hour after that! The entire repair experience was like this. Excellent communication. Incredible responsiveness. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I knew very quickly that Hopkins was the right choice!
