After receiving a quote of over 1,000 from another AC company and them stating that it might not fix the problem and would most likely need a 7K new system I was in tears. Then Lou from Hopkins Air came and fixed it for under 500, and let me know that the system was in almost perfect order. THANK YOU SO MUCH HOPKINS!!! and Lou. Your free second opinion saved me and you have earned two customers for life. My sister will be calling you soon.

The problem part causing my condenser to dysfunction was still under warranty, and the replacement part was available on his truck.
