Great service and attention to detail servicing our air handler. The technician, Jasper, was incredibly professional while working and took the time to ensure we understood everything he was going to do. Excellent customer experience!

I had a scheduled maintenance check with Hopkins Air Conditioning today. Such a great experience, from Britney and Joyce at call support to the gentleman Tino, who performed the maintenance. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He identified a potential mold issue and took the necessary steps to help control it. Excellent!!!

Davis was just great! He was professional, courteous and very thorough. He dealt with a poorly designed drain line system that was causing problems, everything is now working properly.
