Gazi came out today and, as expected, was very professional. He shared his extensive knowledge with me of my AC system and how it works, which impressed me. And he was quite personable as he explained things to me, so much so that I can now explain it to my wife who needs to understand these things too. I'd be very happy to have Gazi return next time and will ask for him.

I hired Hopkins and John was the service tech on the call that sent me a bunch of photos and detailed description of exactly what was going on. These guys are on the game, professional, honest, and know their stuff. They solve problems and want to build a long term relationship! Very fair on the pricing, no gimmicks and run around like I've experienced in the past. John was great to work with and showed up on time!. I would recommend them all day.
