I’ve been with Hopkins Air for about four years now on a service contract, and they’ve always been fantastic. They just installed a new AC system for me, and once again, everything went perfectly. The technicians showed up right on time, were super professional, and finished the job quickly and neatly. The price was very fair too. It’s great to have a company you can really count on—highly recommend Hopkins Air!

The techs Armando and Gazi tried to help us but the compressor on the 18 month old Daikin unit was cooked. One of many problems we have had with two new Daikin units. Not the technician fault but the manufacturer is disappointing.

Our AC went off and we didn't expect to get Miguel to be able to get here today. However, Hopkins AC did get us on the schedule and Miguel arrived as scheduled, serviced our AC and it is back up and running smoothly. Five stars for Miguel again!!

Signed yearly maintenance contract. Hopkins employee arrived on time and was professional and pleasant throughout the checkup on my two ac units Luis did service on my 2 ac units today. He was polite, professional and explained in detail exactly what he was doing. Highly recommend
