Excellent company and service. From the Sales Rep (Phil), to the installers, to the follow-up. Great all around but the follow up is what impressed me most. First day with the new unit and I noticed some adjustments needed to be made for the second floor. The owner himself came out to review and called me to let me know what needed to happen. Essentially, the existing T-stat was located on the first floor and since the second floor has so much sun exposure and gets so much hotter, the t-stat couldn't register the temperature differential. He explained that it was the right thing to do and I would notice a huge difference in the overall comfort of the house. They did the work (the tech even video chatted me to make sure i was okay with the location for the new T-stat) and as soon as I got home (noon), I ran upstairs...HUGE DIFFERENCE! Big change to my home - thank you so much.

Love this company! I called and they sent someone to my house immediately! Ramon got to my house promptly, and fixed my drain issues. He was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I would 100% recommend Hopkins!

Mike and Jean Kelly recently had one of our A/C units fixd, after technician found that there was a broken PVC pipe that had NOT been sealed. Thank you. Also, could one of your technicians replace the rooted straps used to tie unit to concrete base. Thank you Hopkins!!! John is awesome!!!

Hopkins AC was great. Gazi is great he did a great job. He kept me aware of what was going on and was able to work around all the employees with no problem. I am glad I have Hopkins for my AC Maintenance plan and I am grateful they have an employee like Gazi. Thank you
