I hired Hopkins and John was the service tech on the call that sent me a bunch of photos and detailed description of exactly what was going on. These guys are on the game, professional, honest, and know their stuff. They solve problems and want to build a long term relationship! Very fair on the pricing, no gimmicks and run around like I've experienced in the past. John was great to work with and showed up on time!. I would recommend them all day. It's a family business and it shows, they all care. Very high tech with texting, reminders, and documents. thanks!

Mr. John Johnston, In such short notice came to my parents home my father is 89 and my mother is 76. Not knowing why it wasn’t working. John explain what’s the problem was. He respectful, and concern which gave me security. Thank you so much please stay safe. Once again thank you.

Switched from another servicer who apparently stopped working on the weekends. Called Hopkins they were here her on-time and got the job done right. I just signed up on their annual maintenance plan I liked them so much. Highly recommend.
