Hopkins AC was amazing! Definitely recommend if you need any AC needs! Gerardo was a one of the techs that worked on my home. He was very efficient and helped me understand what was going on. Did a great job! Highly recommend.

Just had Donat the Hopkins technician over and he assessed my problem and solved it.Had to call the Hopkins supervisor about a potential charge and the supervisor was very fair in working with me due to having previous maintenance done 3 months prior.I appreciate his fairness and communication on the matter.Solid customer service.Thank you

I wanted to let the Hopkins Air Conditioning, Inc. management team know that your technician Rony Paul is an excellent worker and nice young man. Rony was at my home to do my AC maintenance and I was very pleased with his demeanor, knowledge, work ethic and communication skills. He was prompt, clean and efficient. I am very happy to have chosen Hopkins Air Conditioning Inc. as my AC service company.
