We finally upgraded to a new 2026 Carrier HVAC system, and the experience was flawless. A brand is only as good as its installation, and the Hopkins team nailed it. Colton, our salesman, was polite and knowledgeable, helping us navigate our options and securing the unit quickly. The installation technicians, Andres and Yadrian, were outstanding—professional, communicative, and tidy. I especially appreciated how they thoughtfully ran the lines and pipes to ensure the system is easy to service down the road.
