Louis/Luis was NOT the name of our service technician! His name was Whaudy! A real professional from start to finish. Whaudy’s service of the HVAC system can’t be beat including his knowledge and time spent explaining what we should do and when to contact your office should a need/problem arise.A real trusted technician and very good and knowledgeable. We recently completed work with Hopkins on a complete gut and reinstall of our AC system. They had initially come out for a timely service check and identified quite a few pressing issues we were unaware of that were wasting quite a bit in electricity each month. Miguel did a great job explaining the options and providing pricing options. We spoke with the owner Chad and felt very comfortable w/ the project we were starting. Over the next week we replaced every duct, vent, compressor, HVAC and did blown-in insulation- the team that was here, Frank, Junior, Jonathan, Bebito (and possibly more!) were all very professional making sure our house stayed clean and worked around us as we were home. Thanks for your professionalism Hopkins!

Update #2, they told me they installed a 3 ton which was same size as last unit, however they installed a 3.5 ton and the vents/ducts need to be rebuilt before and after of my ceiling getting a new AC from this place I had an inspection done in May before i moved in. New AC Installed in July and now i need a new ceiling and new ducts. Called to ask for help, one lady yelled at me and told me it's my fault for signing off on the work, another guy tell me why do you think it's our fault, you're on your own. Never once did i hear, we can send someone to check it out or sorry this is happening, let's see what we can do. Just had 2 people talk over me blaming me for this. Last person who lived here had an ac run for 20 years and there was never mold, so obviously the new AC unit is just a big coincidence They got their money and now they're playing victim on the review. The pictures speak for themselves and i added more Now if you'll excuse me, I'm trying to find professionals who can undo all the damage. Thanks

Mr. Graham, We installed your new unit in August. You dragged out trying to pay us for weeks after the install and you told us numerous times that you had no issues with our install. In fact our changeout permit passed all City of Boynton Beach codes of compliance. You then call our office today and accuse us of some issues with your ductwork that we did not even touch. Remember, we hooked up your new system to your existing ductwork. Based off your pictures I do not see any confirmation of your claim that the new unit blew out your ducts? I was more than happy to discuss your claims professionally but you have insisted to berate and talk over my Install Coordinator as well as my Install Manager as they were attempting to professionally address and correct the misinformation you received. I will not allow any of my staff to be cussed at and talked over in the manner you displayed. When you are ready to listen and talk in a respectful manner feel free to reach out.
