I used this company for the first time last April. They responded immediately and took care of my air-conditioning problem. The technician was prompt and professional. I signed a service contract. I was contacted by Iliana ( very pleasant and professional ) last week that I was due for service. The technician Luis arrived promptly and proceeded to inspect the system and take photos and explain to me everything he did and observed. . He was knowledgeable and respectful and I highly recommend this company for service for reliability and integrity

This company is GREAT! I purchased an older house thinking I would have to spend a lot of money ripping out the hvac system and starting new. The techs came out and were very professional advised me of the areas they recommended for repair and replacement which ended up saving me a lot of money over other companies that just wanted to gut the system.. Recommend them highly!

This was my first time having an AC issue in my house and I needed to get it fixed quickly. I called Hopkins Air Conditioning in the morning and they sent Scott Goodbread to take a look the same day. Scott is great! He quickly assessed the issue and clearly explained what needed to be done. He took care of everything quickly and was very friendly. He had expert knowledge, which made me feel great about the service I received. I got the yearly maintenance plan so that the unit doesn't have any more issues. Thanks, Scott! Edit: It's a year later, and I have had some additional issues with my AC unit. Thankfully, Hopkins has remained responsive and helpful. There was some miscommunication about the work to be done, but Hopkins cleared it up and gave me a discount which really displayed their integrity and honesty in their business dealings, and I commend them for that! Great company to work with!
