After receiving a quote of over 1,000 from another AC company and them stating that it might not fix the problem and would most likely need a 7K new system I was in tears. Hopkins provides detail oriented service. I had them install and in-system carbon air filter and UV light. The technician explained the quality parts being used and how they initially cost more than other brands, but is cheaper and more convenient in the long run because they don't require maintenance. I believe you get what you pay for, so I am all about paying for quality service and materials.
