Thank you Hopkins Air for sending me Miguel. I’m a new customer and a very satisfied one. Miguel really helped us and we are very satisfied with his knowledge and professionalism. He explained everything as he progressed with his work and he’s definitely a problem solver. We are so very grateful for his service and will definitely request him for our next service appointment.I hope Hopkins Air knows what a “jewel” they have in this employee. Hopkins Air did my maintenance today, they sent Gazi to perform maintenance, Gazi was very informative and had knowledge on what he was doing, he answered all my questions and addressed the problems that I have, suggested duct cleaning and UV lighting to addressed my dust on the house, highly suggested Gazi as a technician,
