They did an outstanding job with the installation, ensuring everything was set up perfectly and leaving the workspace spotless. On top of that, they took the time to walk me through the new thermostat, making sure I fully understood how to use it. I highly recommend Hopkins for their top-notch service and exceptional team. I was very impressed with the customer service - the representative that took my call was very courteous and professional. I was calling to set an appointment for the upcoming business week and to my surprise the company was able to come out today, on a Saturday, with such short notice. Allen, the service repair - arrived as schedule. Allen was very detailed and answered all my questions and concerns. To be honest, I thought my unit was beyond repair and that I need a brand new unit. He was able to get it up and running. For now I am keeping my fingers crossed to see how long it will run before I will need a new unit. Hoping it will keep running to give me time to save up for a new one when the time comes. I signed up for the maintenance plan and received a good discount rate along with the service charge. I definitely will be using this company in the future.
