It has been an emotional and financial struggle. Chad Hopkins helped us out by getting our A/C serviced for free after letting him know our situation. It was very kind and generous of Chad. Been trying to call this company for 3 days. Can never talk to a manager!! Wanted to tell them that the driver was so busy on his phone going down Northlake Blvd at 42mph, in the left lane, that he didn't realize there was a car build up for 1.5 miles !! People were mad!! This is why we have so many accidents on this road. Get off your phone and get in the right lane!!!
