Amazing service! Our air conditioner went out on a Sunday of a holiday weekend and they still came within a few hours of our call. Eduan was efficient and solved the issue within minutes of his arrival. Much appreciated relief on a hot summer day. Highly recommend this company!!!

I had an AC tuneup service performed by Hopkins Air. The tech that came out, Ramon was very professional and nice. He asked a lot of questions and provided lots of info to make sure everything was covered and in working order. The pricing was fair and I’m happy to have Ramon taking care of my AC.

I highly recommend Hopkins for your heating /cooling needs. Andray, Kendric, Eviere and Doug were outstanding. During this pandemic all protocols were followed by all staff. They were extremely courteous and did meticulous work. Our installation was done in a timely manner with minimal inconvenience. I applaud this outstanding team for their work ethics. The service technician was very professional. Uniform is clean, conducted himself in a very courteous and professional manner. The service representatives was able to come out within a couple of hours to resolve the problem. They gave us an estimate between 6 and 8 PM. The technician showed up at 10 minutes after six excellent excellent service
