Hopkins Air Is an amazing company. They know their products extremely well and helped us quickly get a fabulous replacement unit when one of our condensers died. In all my dealings with Hopkins Air as a company I have found all of their staff to be friendly, professional, always on time to early and very respectful and tidy when they work. I highly recommend them.

Ervine and Rich(Service Manager) came out as scheduled, diagnosed our issue and resolved it. They are both very professional. Could not be more pleased with the service we receive from Hopkins!

We've been with Hopkins for a couple of years now - they are our go-to and we recommend them frequently. We initially used them for an emergency repair and were very happy with the level of professionalism of the office staff, management and technicians. We have had Johnathan, a service tech, out on several occasions and he is very thorough with his cleaning and explanations. He gives his honest opinion without a sales pitch or pressure - which we appreciate. Friendly, affordable company that is always on time. We haven't had a bad experience yet.

Mr. John Johnston, In such short notice came to my parents home my father is 89 and my mother is 76. Not knowing why it wasn’t working. John explain what’s the problem was. He respectful, and concern which gave me security. Thank you so much please stay safe. Once again thank you.
