Reached out to Hopkins Air Conditioning, via website, on a Sunday evening. They reached out to me same evening to inquire about the type of service I was looking for. The next day, they dispatched a technician,Miguel. He and professional. Very knowledgeable. Took the time to explain the next steps and my options. I appreciate this level of customer service and recommend them to anyone looking for timely, great service.

jonathon was absolutely amazing!! my ac drain was clogged and he worked so hard for FOUR hours problem solving in an effort to unclog it. he was so kind and genuine too. I am a new homeowner and im so happy to find an ac tech i trust whole heartedly. i plan to recommend him to all my friends and family! great guy and great honest work. 10/10 experience :)
